Southern Touch Landscape is the Triangle area’s premier landscape design firm providing dynamic, innovative, and sustainable landscapes for residential and commercial properties and homeowner’s associations. From our initial consultation through completion of your landscape project, you can expect a professional experience.
Our process is broken down into 4 segments:
1) Initial Consultation – We will meet with you at no charge to discuss your landscaping ideas. We will collaborate together to create a design that custom fits your space and budget. If a rendered landscape drawing or a full scale drawing is requested, we will either schedule an appointment with a landscape designer or refer one of our preferred designers.
2) Landscape Proposal – Within two weeks of our initial meeting, we will email you an itemized breakdown of the cost to provide all materials, labor and equipment to install the project.
3) Landscape Installation- Once the layout and proposal are approved, we will move into the execution stage. An installation date will be scheduled, the materials will be purchased and your installation will soon be under way.
4) Final Approval- Once we have completed the install, we will go over things with the client in a final consultation to ensure you are happy with your new landscape design!
All new plant material, excluding perennials, come with a one year, one time replacement warranty upon project completion. Warranty does not include Adverse Weather Conditions, Damage by Animals or Lack of Care. There is no warranty on transplants.
